In an effort to make remote communication easy, workspace users can 'Drop in' on each other with a quick tap. If you wish to decline, you can now leave a note.

You can decline 'Drop in' in three ways:

1.) Simply do nothing. By not tapping 'Talk' or clicking '1' on your keyboard, the conference window and call will timeout after 1 minute.

2.) Hit 'Dismiss'. This will decline the call and send a "User is unavailable" response message to the Drop in initiator.

3.) Dismiss with a custom message:

  • Click the 'message' icon on the right-side of the Dismiss button

  • This will open a dialog box with pre-filled quick responses and the option to enter a custom message:
