If you encounter issues when switching audio or video devices or encounter errors when attempting to join a conference due to an audio or video device, please try the following:
- Try changing your audio or video device to another device and see if it works
- Try unplugging and replugging your device
- Try exiting and re-entering the conference
- Confirm that another app is not already using your audio or video device, especially on Linux
- Confirm that you are not muted. On Windows, you may need to open the "Volume Mixer"
- Try restarting your computer
