If you are on Mac with OS version Catalina or later, and your teammates are not seeing Activity Presence for you, please verify that you have the Screen Recording permissions on.

To verify:

  1. Go to Apple > System Preferences
  2. Click on Security & Privacy
  3. Click on the Privacy tab in the modal popup
  4. Scroll the list on the left to Screen Recording and click
  5. Confirm Loop Team is checked
  6. Restart your Loop Team app and try again

Keep in mind:

  1. The Screen Recording Mac OS  permission is also required if you wish to screen share from Loop Team
  2. The Mac OS permission is awkwardly named as Loop Team does not do any "screen recording"
