There are two ways to invite members to your workspace:

Invite via email:

  1. Click your workspace name at the top left
  2. Click Invite members
  3. Enter emails for the people you want to invite 
  4. Each email address must use the same domain associated with the workspace
  5. Separate multiple email addresses with a space or comma
  6. Click Send invitations
  7. Loop Team will send an email on your behalf inviting them to join your workspace
  1. Click your workspace name at the top left
  2. Click Invite members
  3. Click Get an invitation link to share


Keep in mind:

  • Workspace invitation settings are set by the workspace owner. By default, any member of the workspace can send invites to the team workspace. In some cases, workspace owners may disable this option.
  • Anyone team member can invite members to your workspace.
  • You can see Pending Invitations in 'Settings' > Team members. This is a list of people who were sent an invitation email but have not joined your workspace yet.
  • If a teammate is slow to join your workspace, you can ping them again by using ¬†Resend in the list of Pending Invitations. When you resend, Loop Team sends another invitation email to join.
